How long does it take for my order to be processed & shipped?
Orders typically take3–5 business days to process. Once your item is ready for shipment, it will be packaged within 1–2 business days and you’ll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
How long does delivery take for each brand?
We offer free UK shipping across all electric bikes and scooters. Delivery times vary by brand and start after order processing is complete (3–5 business days):
- HITWAY: 3–5 business days
- ECORUSH: 3–5 business days
- iSCOOTER: 5–7 business days
- ISINWHEEL: 5–7 business days
- TOUROLL: 7 business days
- ELEGLIDE: Up to 7 business days
- AiTOUR: 10-15 Business Days
- HYGGE: 1–2 weeks
- NANROBOT: 4–12 weeks (or 8–14 weeks if customs inspection is required – these are built to order)
Do Volt Ventures products come with a warranty?
Yes! All electric bikes, scooters, and accessories sold by Volt Ventures are covered by a manufacturer-backed warranty. We only work with trusted brands that offer reliable after-sales support.

We work closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to handle all warranty claims efficiently. Depending on the brand and issue, the repair or replacement may be handled directly by the brand or through our team.

Each brand we stock has its own specific warranty coverage for electric bikes and scooters — including what’s covered, what’s excluded, and how to make a claim.

What is your return and refund policy for electric bikes and scooters?
At Volt Ventures, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible electric bikes, scooters, and accessories. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To request a return, email sales@voltventures.co.uk. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

For EU and UK customers, a 14-day cooling-off period also applies under distance selling regulations.
